今日は、珍しくお客様のご依頼話です

パソコンの電源を入れると画面がブルーになって起動しな～い
助けて～～　とのご依頼をいただき、うかがいました


お～　見事なブルーバック画面です！



「UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUM・・・
Stop 0x000000ED （0x812ACC98, 0xC000006, 0x00000000, 0x00000000）」と表示されています

一つ目の（0x812ACC98,・・）は、変化するようです


こんなときは、インターネットです！
Oh！　やっぱり色々と出てきました！

正規版のCDを使って（メーカーパソコンに添付されているCDでは駄目ってことです (T_T)　）回復コンソールを使えば
何とかなりそうです

手順は以下の通りです
1.正規版のWindowsXPのCD-ROMからパソコンを起動する

2.回復コンソールを選択する

3.chkdsk /r コマンドを実行する
けっこう時間がかかっています　←現在この部分です（50％からなかなか進まないけど大丈夫？）
　この後は、このコマンドの実行が終了、リブート（再起動すること）すれば、問題は解決しているはずです！

4.再起動後、WindowsのUPデートをする
（どうやら、UPデートをしていないと起こりやすい問題のようです）

たぶんこれで解決できるはず！

or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced startup options, and then
select safe Mode.
